These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Gnarly Risk LLC's ("us", "we", "our") website, www.tethergolf.com, and our online store hosted on Shopify.

By using our website or purchasing products from our online store, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to:

Transmit any harmful or offensive material
Collect or use any personal information of other users without their consent
Engage in any activity that violates our intellectual property rights or those of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time for any reason.

Products and Orders

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products that you may order, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices and payment terms are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information.

Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your products in a timely manner and to the shipping address provided by you. However, we are not responsible for any delays or losses in transit.

We fill orders in 2 days or less and ship via USPS Priority mail which advertises 2-3 day delivery.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen/undeliverable packages. USPS insurance is included on most purchases. For info on filing an insurance claim, visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid before we will send the package again.

If your package has not been received within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (this is different from your order confirmation), please contact us at sales@tethergolf.com and we direct you as to how to file a claim with the United States Postal Service.

Replacements

As with any shipment, damage can occur in transit. If your package arrives damaged please email returns@tethergolf.com and include:

pictures of the damage
your order number

Our customer service team will assess the damage and replace the order based on the photos and description.

Tether Golf backboards are manufactured from plywood that has natural and manufactured variation. These variations add to the uniqueness of each board. It is our practice to inspect each board that we ship for damage or unsightly flaws. Defects on the back side that do not compromise the function of the or appearance on the wall are not refundable.

Returns and Refunds

Tether Golf aims for 100% satisfaction. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items we sell. If within 30 days of receiving an undamaged item you do not absolutely love it, please:

Contact customer service at returns@tethergolf.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number
Repackage all products in unused condition in original packaging
Send it via USPS, UPS or Fedex and email the tracking number to returns@tethergolf.com. Send the package to:

Once we receive your merchandise we will start the refund process. If the merchandise arrives to us damaged we will inform you immediately so you can initiate a claim with the carrier. All merchandise we receive must be unused, in the original packaging with no outside box markings other than a shipping label. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all undamaged returns. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Items with FREE SHIPPING will be refunded less our actual shipping charges to you.

Products purchased through Amazon or any other seller cannot be returned to Tether Golf. Contact your seller.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products, or from any breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dane County, Wisconsin.
